º El SENA reconocerá y pagará a sus empleados públicos de tiempo competo un subsidio de alimentación en cuantía equivalente a un mil quinientos cincuenta pesos ($ 1.550.00) mensuales, con excepción de quienes devenguen gastos de representación. No se tendrá, derecho a este subsidio cuando el funcionario se encuentre en disfrute de vacaciones o en uso de licencia superior a quinta (15) días.
