La designación de los representantes de los funcionarios de Seguridad Social en las Comisiones Personal se hará mediante elección en la que tienen derecho a participar, sin previo permiso para el efecto, todos los funcionarios de Seguridad Social del Instituto de Segu ros Sociales salvo los casos previstos en el artículo 24 de este Decreto.
