°. El valor de cada hoja de papel sellado destinado al uso en el exterior, será de treinta centavos ($0.30). Además de las características descritas en el artículo 13 del Decreto 2908 de 1960, el papel sellado para el uso en el Exterior llevará la leyenda "Servicio Exterior". Dicho papel se expenderá a razón de treinta centavos de dólar (US$0.30) o su equivalente en otra moneda extranjera, por cada hoja. Mientras de da a la circulación el papel sellado para servicio Exterior, continuará usándose el que se ha empleado hasta el presente.
