Cuando la OATS deba contratar para la provisión de bienes y servicios con personas de fuera de la Subregión, podrá someterse a jurisdicciones distintas de lo establecido en el presente Acuerdo Constitutivo, lo cual deberá aparecer explícito en el contrato pertinente.
