Art. 14. Una vez arreglado el Escalafón militar de la República en las condiciones que señala la presente Ley, se tomará de él personal que ha de formar el Escalafón de Jefes y Oficiales en servicio activo con la graduación que allí tengan, y el resto del personal que los constituye quedará como cuadro de Jefes y Oficiales en disponibilidad.
