Artículo. 1268. Los efectos del desheredamiento, si el desheredador no los limitare espresamente, se extienden no sólo a las lejítimas, sino a todas las asignaciones por causa de muerte, i a todas las donaciones que le haya hecho el desheredador.

Pero no se estienden a los alimentos necesarios, escepto en los casos de injuria atroz.
