Artículo único. Mientras se nombra el Pagador del Departamento Administrativo de Planeación y Servicios Técnicos, las remuneraciones del personal de dicho Departamento las cubrirá el Pagador de la Presidencia de la República, con cargo al Capítulo 003 del presupuesto del Departamento Administrativo de Planeación y Servicios Técnicos de que trata el Decreto número 0169 del 28 de febrero del año en curso. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
