Art. 3.° Los Gobernadores, dentro de los límites del máximum y mímimun que permite la ley, señalarán los sueldos de los Fiscales de Circuito, teniendo en cuenta las condiciones de la localidad en que los nombrados han de ejercer, y procurando, en cuanto sea posible, las mayores economías al Tesoro. El decreto que sobre la materia dicten será sometido á la aprobación del Gobierno Ejecutivo.
