El Ministerio de Obras Públicas por intermedio de la Jefatura de Conservación de Carreteras o cualquiera otra dependencia que le corresponda, dispondrá del mantenimiento de las mismas por conducto del Distrito de Obras Públicas número 18 que tiene como sede la ciudad de Palmira en el Departamento del Valle.
