Celebrado el contrato para explorar y explotar hidrocarburos, el Ministro de Obras Publicas comisionara al Alcalde de la ubicación del terreno para que entregue al arrendatario la zona arrendada. La entrega se hará a costa del concesionario, de conformidad, en cuanto sea aplicable, con lo que al respecto indica el Código de Minas, verificándose las medidas de acuerdo con el plano topográfico que ha servido de base para hacer el contrato.
