º . Activase un Teatro de Operaciones delimitado por las siguientes áreas geográficas

Departamento del Meta, en los siguientes municipios: Vista Hermosa, Uribe, Mesetas, La Macarena, San Juan de Arama, Puerto Lleras, Granada y Lejanías;

Departamento del Tolima, en el municipio de Villa Rica;

Departamento de Cundinamarca, en los municipios de: Cabrera y San Juan de Sumapaz;

Departamento del Huila, en los siguientes municipios: Algeciras y Colombia;

Departamento del Caquetá, en los siguientes municipios: San Vicente del Caguán, Cartagena del Chairá y Puerto Rico;

Departamento del Guaviare, en los municipios de: San José del Gúaviare, Calamar y El. Retorno.
