Art. 37. Las monedas de plata que hoy circulan en el Departamento de Nariño, en el norte de Santander y en el norte del Cauca serán recibidas por el Gobierno e las contribuciones al precio que tengan en el mercado con relación al patrón de oro; y el Gobierno queda obligado á retirarlas de la circulación, reemplazándolas por monedas de plata de las reconocidas por esta Ley.
