Integración e interpretación normativa. En lo no dispuesto en el presente decreto y en cuanto no se opongan a lo aquí previsto, se aplicarán las normas previstas en el SGSSS, la Ley 21 de 1991 y la Ley 691 de 2001 y se interpretarán de conformidad con la jurisprudencia sobre la materia.
