Para la obtención de visa de negocios permanente el extranjero deberá presentar una solicitud acompañada de los documentos señalados en el artículo 33, literales a), b), c) y e) del presente Decreto y carta de la empresa o casa matriz autenticada ante funcionario consular, en la cual ésta se responsabiliza por las actuaciones de su representante en el territorio nacional y se compromete ante el Gobierno de Colombia a sufragar los gastos que ocasione el regreso del extranjero al país de origen o de última residencia, así como de su familia, si fuere el caso.
