Artículo tercero. Para todos los efectos legales se entiende que no hay solución de continuidad para los funcionarios que en la fecha de aprobación de este Acuerdo estén laborando en la Seccional de Cundinamarca y sean incorporados a la Planta que se establece en este Decreto.
