La Nación apropiará anualmente, a partir de la vigencia de 1989 y por el término de cuatro (4) años más, la suma de quinientos millones de pesos ($500.000.000) con destino a la ejecución del Plan Maestro de Alcantarillado de la ciudad de Barrancabermeja.
