La asignación de los alumnos de cursos de capacitación en el ramo de Hacienda Nacional, establecida en el artículo 9 del Decreto 773 de 1953, será de trescientos pesos ($300.00) mensuales y tendrá el carácter de auxilio especial de estudios que se reconocerá durante la existencia de las clases y también en la etapa de entrenamiento práctico en las oficinas de Hacienda.
