Art. 56. Cuando por haberse aumentado la demanda del jénero, o por cualquier otro motivo, considere un administrador que no es bastante la cantidad del tabaco presupuesto para el abasto anual de la provincia, dará con la debida anticipación el informe del caso a la Direccion de la renta, para que ella disponga una remisión estraordinaria por la respectiva factoría o almacen de depósito.
