El Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares y el Director General de la Policía Nacional, someterán a la aprobación del Ministro de Defensa Nacional sus respectivas jurisdicciones territoriales del país, de forma que faciliten el cumplimiento de los fines constitucionales y los propósitos de la presente ley.
