º. Para los efectos del artículo 5º del Decreto 2610 de 1979, la autorización o permiso para constituir un gra vamen o limitación del dominio sobre los inmuebles afectados con un permiso de venta, deb erá anexarse a la escritura de constitución del gravamen o limitación y registrarse. El Registrador de Instrumentos Públicos deberá inscribir las existencia del permiso en el respectivo folio de matrícula inmobiliaria.
