Artículo cuarto. El producto de las ventas de que trata este Decreto se consignará en la Tesorería General de la República, en depósito a favor del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, con el fin de adelantar la tramitación legal correspondiente a la apertura de créditos adicionales para incrementar las apropiaciones presupuestales que se destinen al Centro Administrativo Nacional.
