No podrán ser miembros de la Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria quienes actúen o hayan actuado en el último año anterior a su vocación o designación, como apoderados, representantes legales o comerciales en gestiones ante el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria.
