Consejos Regionales de Seguridad. Se podrá convocar a consejos regionales de seguridad para coordinar con los gobernadores de la región y los demás integrantes señalados en el artículo 2° del Decreto número 2615 de 1991, las acciones que permitan garantizar el normal desarrollo de las elecciones.
