-Los aspirantes a locutores de primera categoría deberán comprobar que han presentado examen ante el Jurado, que por este decreto se establece, sobre las siguientes materias: 1.-Lectura, que comprende dicción, vocalización, buena tonalidad y armonía. 2.-Gramática Castellana 3.-Facilidad de expresión 4.-Nociones elementales de historia de la música, pronunciación de nombres de los mas afamados compositores musicales y conocimientos de las formas y géneros musicales.
