SOBRE EL CONTROL DE LOS LABORATORIOS FARMACEUTICOS. Los laboratorios farmacéuticos efectuarán un control permanente de la calidad de sus materias primas y productos terminados, cumpliendo la reglamentación del Ministerio de Salud expedida al efecto.

Parágrafo

Los laboratorios farmacéuticos podrán contratar el control de sus productos con laboratorios legalmente establecidos y aprobados por el Ministerio de Salud.
