Las sumas a que se refiere la presente Ley, serán entregadas al Colegio del Rosario, por conducto de la entidad que tenga su personería, conforme a sus instituciones, con obligación de invertirlas en el fin propuesto, y rendir las cuentas conforme a las leyes fiscales de la Nación.
