° Encárgase transitoriamente de la gerencia del Ferrocarril del Norte (sección de explotación), mientras se provee el puesto, al Ingeniero Jefe de la misma Empresa, doctor Jorge Triana, quien antes de entrar a ejercer deberá otorgar la fianza correspondiente, por la cuantía que fije la Contraloría General de la República.
