Adiciónese un parágrafo al artículo 39 de la ley 590 de 2000 , el cual quedará así:

"PARÁGRAFO. Los intermediarios financieros y las organizaciones especializadas en crédito microempresarial, deberán reportar conforme lo determinen las entidades que ejerce su inspección vigilancia y control, los honorarios y comisiones cobrados."
