Mientras dure la capacidad por enfermedad o maternidad, siempre que no exceda de seis (6) meses, no se causaran las cotizaciones del asegurado, del patrono y del estado; pero en tal tiempo se computara como periodo de cotización, por una sola vez, para los riesgos de invalidez, vejez y muerte.
