PRORROGA PARA EL PAGO DE PERJUICIOS. Cuando al beneficiado con la condena de ejecución condicional o libertad condicional le hubiere sido imposible cumplir la obligación de reparar los daños dentro del término señalado, el juez, a petición justificada de parte, podrá prorrogar el plazo por una sola vez y por un término no mayor de ciento veinte (120) días. Sí no se cumpliere, se ejecutará la pena.
