° Al comerciante que se le comprobare subfacturación, se le impondrá por las autoridades aduaneras una multa igual a tres veces el valor de la mercancía subfacturada, con destino al Tesoro Intendencial, y además, la prohibición de ejercer el comercio de las Islas de San Andrés y Providencia, sanción que aplicará administrativamente la autoridad aduanera de la Isla. En los anteriores términos queda modificado el artículo 37 del decreto 0445 de 1960.
