Lo dispuesto por el artículo 6° de la Ley 36 de 1915 , en relación con las condiciones del empréstito que se contrate para las obras de los puertos de Cartagena y Buenaventura, se hace extensivo al que se contrate para las obras de canalización de las Bocas de Ceniza y del puerto de Barranquilla, a que se refiere la Ley 73 de 1913 .
