Las Oficinas de Correos en las cuales se introduzca correspondencia franqueada automáticamente, vigilarán cuidadosamente a fin de que se cumplan todos los requisitos ordenados en la presente providencia, y en caso de que noten cualquier irregularidad, darán inmediatamente cuenta al Ministerio (Departamento de Correos), e indicarán de modo bien visible sobre las piezas irregularmente franqueadas, por medio de las palabras obtener cubierta , que la faja o sobre debe ser exigida al destinatario.
