Decreto 635 de 1995 · por el cual se modifica el Decreto 1402 de 1994 que establece el sistema de nomenclatura, clasificación y remuneración de los empleos del Instituto de Seguros Sociales.

Parágrafo 1

Las demás denominaciones establecidas en el literal c) del artículo 4º del Decreto 1402 de 1994, quedarán igual.

Parágrafo 2

Los servidores del ISS vinculados a la fecha de vigencia del presente Decreto que por efecto de modificación de la nomenclatura y clasificación de empleos sean incorporados en la respectiva planta de personal con una asignación básica mensual inferior a la que vengan percibiendo, continuarán devengando ésta hasta su retiro del servicio o pasen a otro empleo.
