Incompatibilidades . Los funcionarios de la Contraloría General que hayan ejercido el control fiscal en el Instituto y sus parientes dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad y segundo de afinidad, no podrán ser nombrados ni prestar sus servicios en él, sino después de un (1) año de producido su retiro.
