Provisión actuarial. La Industria Militar constituirá una provisión actuarial que dé adecuada cobertura a futuras erogaciones par concepto de pensiones de jubilación de sus servidores. La Junta Directiva de la Empresa determinará el porcentaje de esa provisión que debe mantenerse en situación de liquidez inmediata dentro de cada ejercicio presupuestal, para atender él pago oportuno de dicha prestación.
