º. Los representantes de las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales y Corporaciones de Desarrollo Sostenible al Comité del Fondo de Compensación Ambiental, serán elegidos mediante los mecanismos que éstas determinen y para períodos de un año. La elección de dichos representantes deberá comunicarse por escrito al Ministerio del Medio Ambiente, respaldada mediante el acta de la reunión en la cual se efectuó la elección.
