Art. 10. Destínase de dicha suma de $ 6.000, la de $ 80 anuales para gastos de escritorio ; y la de $ 1,200 para gastos de arrendamiento del local. El Sr. Gobernador celebrará el contrato sobre arrendamiento, el cual será sometido á la aprobación del Ministerio de Instrucción Pública.
