Las prestaciones sociales para los empleados públicos del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional o sus beneficiarios, se reconocen por procedimiento de oficio; no obstante, el interesado tiene la obligación de completar los documentos con las pruebas que el Ministerio de Defensa o la Policía Nacional no estuvieren en condiciones de allegar.
