° Constituirá causal de cancelación de la matrícula, en los establecimientos oficiales de educación media y superior, del orden nacional, departamental y municipal, la participación del estudiante en cualquiera de los hechos i determinados en el artículo 1°. El estudiante sancionado conforme al presente artículo no podrá ser admitido en ningún otro establecimiento oficial de educación y, en su hoja de vida, se anotarán la cancelación y las causales que la motivaron.
