Art. 92. Cuando el Maestro de una escuela deba separarse de ella definitiva o transitoriamente, hará entrega formal del edificio, de los muebles, de los útiles y demás enseres pertenecientes a ella. Esta entrega se hará en vista del inventario, formado cuando se posesionó y del registro de muebles y útiles que se hayan recibido durante el tiempo que la escuela haya estado á su cargo.
