Para efectivizar el Derecho de Defensa, la Fiscalía Penal Militar a partir de la elaboración del programa metodológico previsto en el artículo 368 tendrá la obligación de comunicar a quienes eventualmente pudiesen resultar indiciados sobre el inicio de la indagación.
