Reconocimiento espontáneo de documentos . El reconocimiento de un documento privado puede hacerse ante juez o notario, con la debida identificación del otorgante. La respectiva atestación se pondrá en el documento, suscrita por el funcionario que dé fe del acto, quien sellará y rubricará todas las hojas de aquél, y por el otorgante.
