Las sociedades exportadoras y las cooperativas de productores, a más tardar el 31 de octubre de 1999 y el 31 de enero del año 2000, deberán presentar al Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural un listado completo, en medio magnético en formato Excel e impreso, que indique la cantidad total de banano exportado por mercado de destino, la participación individual de los productores en sus exportaciones totales durante el tercer y cuarto trimestre de 1999, respectivamente. Este listado deberá indicar, para toda relación contractual, si la misma consta o no por escrito y su vigencia.
