del artículo décimo de la Ley 533 de 1999, o en general contratos con entidades públicas que según su objeto social o legal principal sea de servicios financieros o de administración de activos a que se refiere este decreto, y siempre que así se establezca en las políticas de cada organismo se podrá dar prioridad a la realización de operaciones directas entre organismos públicos.
