º. Se rebaja el encaje que las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda deben mantener sobre los depósitos en cuentas de ahorro de valor constante del 10% al 8%.

Parágrafo

El encaje del 10% en vigor a la fecha de expedición de este Decreto, se reducirá en un punto, porcentual el 1º de julio y el 1º de agosto de 1982.
