Artículo treinta y uno. La conversión de la sanción pecuniaria a prisión, deja subsistente el derecho del ofendido para reclamar en cualquier tiempo por vía ejecutiva la mitad que le corresponde. El condenado tendrá derecho a que se le reduza el término de la prisión, proporcionalmente a la cantidad de dinero percibida por el ofendido como consecuencia de la acción ejecutiva.
