Acreditadas ante los Ministerios de Justicia y Educación Nacional las condiciones establecidas en el artículo anterior, el Ministerio de Justicia expedirá a los intérpretes aceptados la respectiva licencia y su nombre figurará en las listas que deberán ser fijadas en sitios públicos en los Juzgados de Circuito de cada Distrito Judicial y comunicadas al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
