La Superintendencia Bancaria suspenderá los derechos de que trata el artículo anterior, como sanción al establecimiento de crédito que viole las disposiciones en él contenidas, o las que se expidan en desarrollo de las funciones asignadas a la Junta Monetaria en los artículos 23 y 24 del presente Decreto.
