Con antelación mínima de un mes el titular del registro está obligado a informar al Ministerio de Salud la fecha probable de salida al comercio del primer lote industrial del producto amparado con el registro. Igualmente, deberá informar la no fabricación de un producto con la indicación sobre si conlleva, o no, la cancelación del registro.
